In some rare cases, after connecting to AWING Free Wi-Fi, instead of popping up the login screen, the device will display a blank screen (as shown below) making it difficult for users to connect.
If you are also experiencing this situation, it is likely that the operating system on your device has not been updated for a long time and is no longer compatible with the Free Wi-Fi system. For the best experience when using Free Wi-Fi, upgrade the operating system to newer versions.
For Android operating system, if you do not want to upgrade the current Android version or your device is no longer upgradeable, you can log in and use Free Wi-Fi in the following way:
Step 1: Make sure your device has a web browser pre-installed other than Google Chrome (eg: Firefox, Opera...), if not, please install it before performing step 2.
Step 2: Select Free Wi-Fi network (if the login screen opens up "blank" at this step, please exit)
Step 3: Go to any website without https:// (eg: dantri.com, tinhte.vn, awifi.vn). Note: Do not access the website using Google Chrome browser.
B4: The login screen will automatically appear, please continue interacting as usual to connect to Free Wi-Fi
